Special Uses The KargarooTM has been constructed for ease of use. This portable pouch solution is versatile and grows with children throughout the years. Product uses include but are not limited to: For the Changing Table Before a child is ready to use the KargarooTM independently, parents can first enjoy storing diapers, wipes, burp cloths, etc. Simply attach the adhesive squares (included in packaging) to the changing table and attach the straps to the squares. Then place the changing table mat on top of the straps! Note: Straps may be applied directly around railings or bars for changing tables designed in that fashion. 
For the Stroller 
As a Carry Bag Parents and children can carry special belongings from place to place. Simply slide the inside strap under the sewn loop to form a handle. This product is in compliance with and has met the requirements of the US Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC) regulations for toys on the physical and mechanical properties and flammability.
